Crock Pot Black Beans

Crock Pot Black Beans


1 lb. black beans (you can pressure cook these prior to adding to crock pot)
1/2 C. olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 med. onions
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
Liquid Aminos to taste

Add all ingredients to crock pot and add water about 4 inches over top of ingredients. Cook for 6 – 8 hours

If beans were pressure cooked before, reduce water and cooking time to 4 hours.
