The TACSI-to freedom protocol consists of combining the factors of the TMJ relationship to the cranial-sacral mechanisms invoking with movement the baseline of sensation-al body centered therapy and patterning the eye movements to access the entire brain and the related mechanisms of neurological and connective tissue consciousness.
This is the general protocol.
- Cross crawl patterning the body, preferably marching in place with the opposite hand touching the opposite knee as it rises in the marching gait
- Circling the eyes a full 360 degrees steadily, eyes tracking around the edges of a room
- Holding the jaw stretched fully open such that the lips pull back in tension feeling the ears move and lift and continuing this movement for at least 8 to 10 seconds.
- Add a full 8 seconds of the above with the head rotated completely to resistance to each side, right and left, each for the full 8 seconds.
The turning of the head to its full rotation positions right and left accentuates the interplay of the cervical/cranial dynamics causing the release of the cranial Occiput and the first cervical vertebra, essential to cranial-sacral freedom.
- Charging and Discharging the Heart
The 4th Chakra is the heart center. The heart is the truth filter of life. Hearts become armored, shielded against perceived insult and pain. They may become sheltered and withdrawn, or just tired of the challenges of life. Hearts get beat up, so to speak. They are therefore commonly traumatized and benefit from special focus of TACSI. This is done as follows. While performing the TACSI protocol use the fingers to drum the heart place, or sternal area, OR use a soft fist thumping on the sternum while performing TACSI.
If marching during the Heart Charge is awkward leave it out as the more important elements are the TMJ stretch and the Eye Scramble along with the head turns.
Intention and attention: Generally one may say and think anything they want during the exercise knowing that their attention will bring to light the reeducation and reassertions of the mind and body consciousness as TACSI accesses whatever residues of trauma or otherwise that it may encounter. The activity of TACSI will reset or refresh appropriate circuitry or memory or resistance to flow that previous memory has lain down. If, for instance, you are testing beliefs and attitudes and their assertions or declarations cause muscle weakness you will see after TACSI that those same assertions and declarations no longer weaken the test muscle.
The advocacy of belief or attitude that one wishes to adopt may be declared with the same exercise and the mind/body can take in this information while exercising the non-resistance effects of TACSI.
Cultivating love is a path to higher consciousness
Love is an energetic phenomenon. It is amenable at least to your attention and intention. You can connect with it and experience its energetic consequences on your personal psychological, spiritual and mortal journey. Why not do so as deliberately as possible?
Religious and other philosophy suggest that the body is home of the spirit. We note that this Spirit home is sensation-al, thought directed and at our command. Muscle response testing suggests that thought may have effect on ourselves and even others. Why not then apply specific, directed thought to ourselves and others and experience their energetic affects. A thought form representing love, our love, universal love or other choice might be directed to another and thus effectively create a vacancy for that donated love in our self/SELF on its emission or flight from us to the intended target. Your reasonable expectation is that the love you send away will be replaced by the same. In fact it can be shown that it is and that as love increases within so then does consciousness increase. Meditation may be directed by the mind to accomplish effects for the sender as it is driven with intention and attention from a grounded, resourceful person. Then, what you send out is returned to you. This notion incorporates the philosophy that we are one so that we give to ourselves, also, that love is experienced by unresisted attention and intention to loving, be it in thought, word or deed. Send love.
